The Phoenix CrossFit Classes
CrossFit Port Clinton is proud to host a Phoenix class on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm for FREE for any individual who is 48 hours sober.

CrossFit Sandusky, CrossFit Port Clinton and Little City Fitness present:
A hero WOD in honor of Navy Corpsmen, Maxton Soviak who was among 13 U.S. service members who died in an attack in Kabul, Afghanistan on August 26th, 2021. Max died a hero and on October 23rd, we will honor his life.
•National anthem plays promptly at 8am and the first heat will begin immediately after.

19 weighted step ups (24”/20”)
16 burpee box jumps
9 DB snatches (50/35#)
•All classes at CrossFit Sandusky and CrossFit Port Clinton will be cancelled in hopes all of our members will join us at Little City for this special event.
Beach WOD Part #2
Join us for our second beach WOD! We are hosting another beach workout on Monday, September 6th at the Port Clinton Public Beach. Nutrition With Jake Sorosiak
Join us on Saturday September 4th for a free Nutrition Talk with Jake Sorosiak! He will be covering the basics of Nutrition and then go into an open Question and Answer session with all of us wanting to learn more!
With over 10 years of experience in fitness and nutrition and over 5 years of Online Coaching, Jake is dedicated to providing top level fitness and nutrition training and education personalized to each clients goals, abilities and capabilities.
Jake has passion, excitement, and is dedicated to adding value to the lives of others. Jake is a Recreation and Nutrition Major at the University of Toledo, a Personal Trainer at Fitness4All in Perrysburg, Ohio, and serves as an Active Duty Airman in the United States Air Force. Jake volunteers throughout the community and on his base to help those people in need with their fitness and nutritional goals.
Jake aspires to be an “all around” coach, and wants his fitness and nutrition help to be a foundation for a better and happier life.
I want to take out the “complex” from nutrition and make it simple so others can absorb and apply it!
He dedicates his time to helping others, and is constantly learning and improving himself in the process.

CrossFit Port Clinton is teaming up with Soul Stretch to bring back this special event!
We’ll start with a 30 minute warm up spin class (with Rose). Then, we’ll take it outside for a fun, 30 minute CrossFit Workout (with Lexis) and finish with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and restorative yoga in our outdoor space, overlooking the beautiful pond (with Rose).
Stick around afterwards for coffee, healthy snacks, fresh pressed juice and smoothies (courtesy of Root to Rise Wellness Café). In the event of rain, the CrossFit and yoga portion of the class will take place inside the spin studio. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and bottled water.
