If you’re a beginner, you should know that each class begins with a warmup and introduction where we explain all of the movements and scaling options. This helps all class members find the confidence they need to get started.

*Please note, our Expanding Horizons class is a closed class.


We offer CrossFit classes every weekday in the morning and evening. We also have classes Saturday morning. You can also subscribe to a monthly membership or purchase a punch card if you’re in town on the weekends! First classes are free!
